Discover who you are and where you want to go
We start with you. In this phase, we explore your values, interests, talents, and needs. This awareness exercise helps you make more aligned and sustainable choices.
Objective: To understand who you are today and on which personal foundations you can build your professional direction, by mapping out your values, energy, and talents.

Defining your professional goal
We translate your self-awareness into a concrete goal. Together, we'll define the best direction for you: roles, industries, environments, and company types. This will be an ambitious yet realistic goal that is motivating and consistent with who you are today and who you want to become.
Objective: To build a clear and sustainable professional goal, which will strategically guide your job search.

Getting Hired: Tools and Interviews
We'll work together on your CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, networking, and active job search strategy. You'll prepare for real interviews with simulations, question analysis, storytelling and mindset exercises, structured post-interview follow-up, and negotiation strategies.
Objective: To get hired by applying effectively and distinguishing yourself in the job market.

Starting Strong: Your First 90 Days on the Job
I'll guide you through the delicate transition from signing your offer to your first few steps in the company. We'll work on your mindset, relationship management, adapting to the environment, and your initial goals and learnings.
Objective: To start with awareness, successfully integrate, and build trust from day one, with a personalized mini-plan for your first 90 days

Concluding Your Journey and Follow-up
We conclude the program with a space for reflection and discussion. We'll review what worked, what you learned, and what you want to take with you for your next steps. Together, we will prepare for what comes "after."
Objective: To pause, reflect, and value the entire journey, consolidating your tools so you can continue to grow.

Our Team
We are a team of professionals with extensive international experience in business, innovation, and people development. Each coach on our team is ICF-certified, combining strategic expertise, a human-centered approach, and practical tools to guide recent graduates and young talent through their first professional steps.
How much does it cost?
The cost is 10% of your first net annual salary. You'll pay it in 12 monthly installments, starting the month after you are hired.
The program will be offered at no cost to the first 10 participants in exchange for their feedback and a testimonial (if satisfied).
