Pause. Reflect. Regain direction
Before jumping into the next job, we stop. Together, we make sense of your past experience. What worked, what didn’t, what you’ve learned, and what you want to leave behind. This phase helps you regain energy and clarity, transforming uncertainty into perspective.
Objective: To process your professional transition consciously and redefine what you want from your next chapter, based on your values and aspirations.

Redefine your professional identity
You’re not starting from zero. You’re starting from experience.
We explore your strengths, motivations, and ideal work conditions. We define your new professional identity — one that reflects who you’ve become, not just what you’ve done.
Objective: To create a coherent and authentic professional story that positions you clearly in the job market.
(2 coaching sessions)

Reposition and prepare for the market
We translate your clarity into action. Together, we’ll rebuild your CV, LinkedIn profile, and narrative. You’ll learn how to talk about your transition confidently and attract the right opportunities. We’ll simulate interviews, refine your storytelling, and strengthen your negotiation mindset.
Objective: To approach the job market with confidence, clarity, and a distinctive story that opens the right doors.
(3 mentoring sessions including personal branding and interviews)

Navigate your job search strategically
The search can be long, emotional, and sometimes discouraging. We’ll create a personalized search strategy — combining structure, rhythm, and resilience. You’ll learn how to manage your energy, network effectively, and stay proactive while opportunities unfold.
Objective: To sustain motivation and progress through a structured, confident, and strategic job search plan.
(1 coaching and 1 mentoring session)

Start again. Stronger and wiser
We close by preparing you for the restart. You’ll enter your new role with awareness, clarity, and confidence. We’ll define your 90-day plan to make your comeback intentional, building credibility, trust, and early impact.
Objective: To transform this transition into a powerful new beginning, rooted in self-awareness and long-term alignment.

Our Team
We are a team of professionals with extensive international experience in business, innovation, and people development. Each coach on our team is ICF-certified, combining strategic expertise, a human-centered approach, and practical tools to guide recent graduates and young talent through their first professional steps.
How much does it cost?
The cost is 10% of your first net annual salary. You'll pay it in 12 monthly installments, starting the month after you are hired.
