Rediscover your professional identity
You’ve changed since your first career choices. In this phase, we explore how your values, leadership style, and motivations have evolved. You’ll gain a clear view of your professional identity, who you’ve become, what truly drives you, and where you want to create impact next.
Objective: To realign your next career step with your evolved identity, clarifying what “success” means for you today and how it connects to your deeper drivers.

Define your strategic direction
Once you know who you are, we define where you want to go. We explore your possible scenarios — growth within your current company, or a strategic move outside. Together, we’ll translate your aspirations into concrete options, identifying the right roles, contexts, and challenges.
Objective: TTo shape a clear and realistic strategic direction that bridges your ambition with your current life and professional context.

Position yourself for the next move
Here, we work on how you show up in the market. We refine your leadership story, enhance your LinkedIn profile, CV, and networking strategy, and prepare for interviews with senior-level storytelling and executive presence. You’ll learn to position yourself not just as a candidate, but as a potential value creator.
Objective: To elevate your visibility and credibility for leadership roles by mastering strategic self-presentation and communication.
(3 mentoring sessions including personal branding and interviews)

Transition with confidence
Whether you stay or move, transitions are critical. We’ll work on your first 90-day plan, political mapping, and relational strategy to gain quick traction and trust in your new or evolved role. You’ll define early wins and build alliances aligned with your vision.
Objective: To accelerate your integration and set the foundation for lasting influence and performance in your next chapter.
(1 coaching and 1 mentoring session)

Consolidate your growth and future plan
We close with reflection and consolidation. Together, we’ll review your learnings, identify new leadership strengths, and plan what’s next — whether that means continuous development, mentoring others, or preparing for broader executive responsibility.
Objective: To transform this transition into a launchpad for long-term growth, ensuring your next step is not just a move — but a meaningful evolution.

Our Team
We are a team of professionals with extensive international experience in business, innovation, and people development. Each coach on our team is ICF-certified, combining strategic expertise, a human-centered approach, and practical tools to guide recent graduates and young talent through their first professional steps.
How much does it cost?
The cost is 10% of your first net annual salary. You'll pay it in 12 monthly installments, starting the month after you are hired.
