As he surveyed the bleak but inspiring landscape,
he turned to a local villager and said: "You're very remote here, aren't you?"
She responded: "Remote from what?"
This simple yet powerful exchange reminds us how often our perspective is shaped by assumptions we rarely question. What if we looked at our own “remoteness” with different eyes? Sometimes, shifting the center starts with asking better questions.
