Sometimes we forget that we need to take breaks, find silence, and have moments where we don't have to prove anything to anyone.


Being kind to yourself means allowing yourself to be tired and to say enough is enough when it's too much.


It means remembering that you don't have to be perfect to deserve to be loved.

 You are enough, just as you are.
