Three things Iโ€™ve learned to trust a little more.

With time, Iโ€™ve learned there are a few things worth trusting a little more.

Not just the words, but the pauses, the silence, the listening, the curiosity to understand instead of just waiting for your turn to talk.

It sounds easy until you meet them. The ones who challenge your ideas, your pace, your comfort zone. Disagreement is not the opposite of collaboration; itโ€™s often the beginning of it.

In the end, thatโ€™s what itโ€™s all about. Moving forward.

Compromise is a small bridge, a common ground that lets us progress, even when we donโ€™t see things the same way.
